The asset list
Three stat cards top the page — Total Value, Purchase Cost, and Warranty Expiring Soon (next 30 days) — above a searchable list (name, tag, serial, client) with category and status filters. Overdue service dates show in red.
Statuses
| Status | Use |

Editing
Open any asset and click Edit — every field updates inline on the detail page. That page is also home to the maintenance log and the asset's revenue tile.
