See recurring bills on your calendar

The calendar is available on Professional and Business plans; recurring bills are set up under Expenses (Starter and up).

Your schedule and your bills belong on the same page. The Recurring expenses toggle in the calendar header overlays every upcoming due date from your recurring bills.

What you'll see

Each active recurring bill — rent, insurance, software subscriptions, loan payments — appears as an all-day entry on its projected due dates, up to 12 months ahead, so end-of-month cash crunches are visible long before they arrive.

• Upcoming bills appear in the bill's normal styling
• Overdue bills show in red until you deal with them

Acting on a bill

Click any recurring-bill entry and Velosiq takes you to the Expenses → Recurring tab, where you can Record the payment (creating the real expense) or Skip the cycle. See Recurring bills.

Turning it off

It's a toggle — flip it off any time to see appointments only. Your recurring bills keep tracking either way; the toggle only controls what the calendar displays.
